Kunal Mishra

Hello! I’m a computational biologist based in Singapore, working at the intersection of systems biology, chronic kidney disease, and immunology. My work integrates computational approaches, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, genetic mapping, and multi-omics analysis to identify and validate therapeutic targets. I’m currently a Computational Research Fellow at the Centre for Computational Biology, Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. I completed my Ph.D. in Computational Biology at Duke-NUS, and before that read Biological Sciences and Medicinal Chemistry at Nanyang Technological University.
