Kunal Mishra Ph.D.

Hello! I’m a computational biologist based in Singapore, working at the intersection of systems biology, chronic kidney disease, and immunology. My work integrates computational approaches, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, genetic mapping, and multi-omics analysis to identify and validate therapeutic targets. I’m currently a Computational Research Fellow at the Centre for Biomedical Data Sciences, Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore.
